I have not posted anything for a long time and that is why I get in touch again with you all. Since I will have a colonoscopy soon as part of cancer prevention and because I am not allowed to eat anything before the procedure and must drain on the day before the procedure, I must slowly lower my basal insulin so that there is no hypoglycemia during the procedure. That is why I have interrupted my fattening diet for a month and gradually reduced the excessive calorie intake. As a result, I lost 6 kg / 13 lbs. in the last 3 weeks and currently weigh only 163 kg / 360 lbs. Most of the weight lost was stored water. I notice that I can move better, and my joints hurt less, and my feet are less swollen. After the colonoscopy, which must be done in the hospital because of my weight, I will continue my own fattening and I hopefully will soon advance to 180 kg / 400 lbs. region. I will try to take it a little slower to have less of a bloated feeling all the time and to gain weight without a lot of water retention if possible. This whole procedure is not exactly motivating and that is why I did not really feel like posting. Unfortunately, I cannot show any progress now.

You may ask yourself what is this fatty doing all day long. Well I sit on my office chair at home and work. Next to me are all the snacks I like and they eventually find their way into my tummy. They transform themselves into glorious fat. Thanks to you my enablers feeders encouragers I enjoy a continuous flow of fattening goodies. You can literarily watch me expand before your eyes.
