Reminder: When it comes to working out and muscles, don’t believe that’s how my body looks 24/7. Our bodies weight fluctuates between 5-10 lbs throughout the day, and so does our body shape. I’m flexing, and when I flex you see my ab muscles. Flexing and posing isn’t the same as a relaxed body. I’m saying this so those who feel icky about their body know that my stomach doesn’t look like that all day. I do intense core at night, and follow with yoga. Oh AND I EAT A SHIT TON OF CARBS. People paint carbs to be awful things when In reality they are an amazing source of energy. Also weight isn’t necessarily a huge factor. You could weigh more than usual due to a gain of muscle mass. Our bodies aren’t meant to stay in one state 24/7. Don’t fall for fake diet plans and watch out for those famous workout YouTubers. Some of them have good tips but a good majority are only there for the money. If you feel healthy that’s what matters. Strive for a healthier you, but don’t let it be your mental downfall.
