Also since everyone keeps asking what I do for my serratus anterior - I don't actually train them directly! Likely its down to good genetics, but I do have a very strong lat pulldown/chin up (I use 10-15kg more than my bodyweight) and usually with a neutral or supinated grip. I also always do some kind of lat pullover, whether it be machine, DB, or rope pulldown. Also, don't be afraid of some scapular protraction during your chest movements (especially on the likes of pec flyes). It's actually healthier for your shoulders not to jam them into retraction, plus scapular protraction is the major function of the serratus 😉
