I asked him if he had any ideas on how to do leg cross overs with the bench and he perked right up. He told me to straddle the bench and hold on to the sides. I looked at him and said “ is this really a workout move?? because it feels like a bedroom move!! ” Lol. He smiled and said “trust me” TBC
