Legday and we are trying to lower rep ranges and increase intensity ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Itโ€™s been like 3 years since I last squatted heavy but strength is still good and I did 3 sets with 120 kg ๐Ÿฅต

My brain has to be adjusted again for those heavier loads but Iโ€™m satisfied with todays session๐Ÿคฉ๐Ÿ™

We also did RDL with a top set with 150 kg, Bulgarian split squat and glute drive before burning of the quads, hams and calves in the machines ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿฅต

Iโ€™m excited to see what progress we will make the next couple of months and hopefully grow some bigger legs cause one can never get too big legs๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ˜
