Itโs been like 3 years since I last squatted heavy but strength is still good and I did 3 sets with 120 kg ๐ฅต
My brain has to be adjusted again for those heavier loads but Iโm satisfied with todays session๐คฉ๐
We also did RDL with a top set with 150 kg, Bulgarian split squat and glute drive before burning of the quads, hams and calves in the machines ๐ฅ๐ฅต
Iโm excited to see what progress we will make the next couple of months and hopefully grow some bigger legs cause one can never get too big legs๐๐
